Alpage , a Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant, offers Jean-Rémi Caillon ’s perspective on the Alps. Inspired by the seasons, local ingredients, and the people who bring the region to life, her cuisine explores the balance between plant, mineral, and animal elements. In this small theater overlooking the mountains, each menu tells its own story of the surrounding region.
