COURCHEVEL 1850
ALPAGE
Michelin-starred cuisine in the heart of the Alps
Alpage is the gourmet restaurant of Michelin-starred La Maison Pinturault.
Conceived as an immersive experience, Jean-Rémi CAILLON invites his guests to an evening in the moonlight, in which the five or seven-part menu is made up of encounters in the mountain pastures, during which all the senses are brought together.
The chef’s heritage of peasant cooking is a tribute to winter and the majesty of the Alps. As the seasons go by, he composes his palette of cuisine, seduced by the fruits of our valleys’ vegetable gardens, fishing, hunting and surrounding livestock. As a chef-gatherer, the bouquets of Courchevel’s mountain pastures invite themselves to the table and complete his basket of inspirations.

RENDEZ-VOUS
Traditional French cuisine
The colourful Rendez-Vous restaurant is the gourmet heart of the Hôtel Annapurna. Residents and visitors alike can enjoy traditional French cuisine, based on local and seasonal produce and inspired by the master chefs of yesteryear. ‘We’re going to try to bring a bit of the extraordinary to dishes that have become ordinary’, says chef Jean-Rémi Caillon, who is offering salmon with sorrel, eggs en meurette, fine cuts of meat or fish, vegetarian dishes and great classics of French cuisine.
For dessert, pastry chef Téophane Faucher prepares daily crêpe Suzette, chartreuse soufflé and other French pastries.
In the evening, the atmosphere is even warmer, punctuated by the occasional visit from artists, musicians, singers or magicians.
LA FÈRMA
A taste of Savoie
La Fèrma is one of La Maison Pinturault’s two 100% Savoyard restaurants, with a menu featuring fondues and raclettes galore.
A balance of prestige and tradition to sublimate the specialties of Savoie.
This replica of a Savoyard farmhouse is a sophisticated retreat, both intimate and warm, and completes the palette of flavors on offer at Hotel Annapurna.
COURCHEVEL LE PRAZ
LA TABLE DE MON GRAND-PÈRE
Refined family bistronomy
At the heart of the Les Peupliers hotel, La Table de mon Grand-Père is a bistro-chic in its own right. Hand in hand, chefs Jean-Rémi CAILLON and Mathieu CANGUILHEM offer a cuisine for sharing, with a focus on local produce.
In a setting that blends conviviality and refinement, the restaurant perfectly embodies the warm atmosphere of family meals and large gatherings.
L’ÉTABLE DES LYS
At the heart of the farming world
Nestled in the lanes of the village of Courchevel Le Praz, under a majestic stone vault adorned with old wood, the Étable des Lys is the mainstay of a typical mountain cuisine with cheese from neighboring farms.
Once a cowshed, this rustic address honors the country’s heritage through a warm and friendly welcome to share an authentic and unusual moment.
JEAN-RÉMI CAILLON x LA MAISON PINTURAULT
After twelve years in Courchevel, Jean-Rémi Caillon begins a new adventure with the Pinturault family. A native of Roanne, he is the executive chef for all the tables in the collection.
He pays particular attention to the environment, making his cuisine a showcase for the very best the region has to offer. Halfway between plant-based and traditional cuisine, he also knows how to find the right balance with Savoie’s own resources to season his dishes.
His dedication and commitment earned him the long-awaited recognition of a Michelin star in March 2024 for Maison Pinturault’s gourmet table: Alpage.
