COURCHEVEL 1850

Logo Alpage – Restaurant gastronomique à Courchevel

Michelin-starred cuisine in the heart of the Alps

Designed as a privileged moment of sharing with the chef, his brigade, and the front-of-house team, Alpage reveals itself only at nightfall, inviting guests to take their place in a soothing setting that opens onto the surrounding nature.

The green of the forest is adorned with magical lights or a spectacular full-moon-inspired chandelier, creating dinners that bring guests closer to the farmers, producers, and artisans whose work nourishes the mountain with their skills and dedication.

The restaurant celebrates Savoyard hospitality and French cuisine. In its five- or seven-course menu, it features melilot, lovage, and agastache, showcases Courchevel pepper, and throughout the meal invites guests to meet the breeders, fishermen, foragers, and producers from Savoie whom it holds dear.

Traditional French cuisine

Vibrant and colorful, with its mix of hues and numerous convivial tables, La Table de l’Annapurna is the gastronomic heart of the Hotel Annapurna. Guests and visitors gather here around traditional French cuisine, enriched with local and seasonal products and inspired by the master chefs of the past. ‘We try to bring a touch of the extraordinary to dishes that have become ordinary,’ says chef Jean-Rémi Caillon, who offers specialties such as sorrel salmon, œufs en meurette, generous cuts of meat or fish, vegetarian plates, and classic French dishes.

For dessert, pastry chef Téophane Faucher prepares daily delights such as crêpe Suzette, chartreuse soufflé, and other traditional French pastries.

In the evening, the atmosphere becomes even warmer, occasionally enlivened by performances from artists, musicians, singers, or magicians.

A taste of Savoie

Enjoying raclette or fondue in good company while snow swirls outside is undoubtedly one of the greatest pleasures of a winter sports holiday. This is why La Fèrma was created, a restaurant specializing in Savoyard cheese dishes, right within the hotel.

A sophisticated, intimate, and welcoming refuge, reminiscent of a Savoyard farmhouse dining room, adorned with blue zelliges, wool, and wood to elevate the flavors of Savoy, striking a perfect balance between prestige and tradition.

Artisanal charcuterie, Vonezins fritters, and delicious raclettes (plain, wild garlic, Brézain…) perfectly complement the palette of flavors offered at Hotel Annapurna.

Refined family bistronomy

Within the Hotel Les Peupliers, La Table de mon Grand-Père presents itself as a fully-fledged chic bistro. Hand in hand, chefs Jean-Rémi Caillon and Maxime Bertholle offer a cuisine meant for sharing, highlighting the best of local products.

Set in an environment that blends conviviality and refinement, the restaurant embodies the warm atmosphere of family meals and large gatherings.

At the heart of the rural land

Nestled in the lanes of the village of Courchevel Le Praz, it is adorned with a majestic stone and aged wood vaulted ceiling. L’Étable des Lys stands out as a pillar of traditional mountain cuisine, featuring cheese from nearby farms.

Formerly a barn, this rustic venue honors the rural heritage through a warm and welcoming atmosphere, offering guests an authentic and unique experience.
